An e-cigarette consists of a battery, a clearomizer that holds your e-liquid. The vaporization of an e-liquid that you love is the key point to transition from conventional cigarettes to electronic cigarettes. We recommend that you follow your wishes and preferences, as one is just as important as the choice of the electronic cigarette. To choose your e-liquid, you must first know and understand the composition of an e-liquid. Three criteria must be taken into account with BioConcept: Composition of vegetable propylene glycol/glycerin, nicotine, and flavor. (Today, our e-liquids no longer contain alcohol or demineralized water.) The precious is not necessarily the favorite of others. It is up to you to express your own opinion. The vegetable propylene glycol (MPGV) is a food compound heated at low temperature and produces a fine and light vapor. Vegetable glycerin (VG) is also a food compound (additive E422 in Europe), which creates a dense and abundant vapor that perfectly mimics the smoke of regular cigarettes. The nicotine is the element that brings flavor to the e-liquid you have vaporized, presented in liquid form, is pure and obtained from tobacco leaves. Its concentration ranges from 0 to 16 mg/ml, depending on the dosage.
The
Vegetable propylene glycol and vegetable glycerin are the necessary elements for producing vapor bases.

- For a mix that prefers vegetable propylene glycol, for example, 80 PG/20 VG or 70 PG/30 VG, your liquid is liquid with a significant impact and a satisfactory amount of vapor. This base is considered ideal for beginners.
- For a mix that favors vegetable glycerin, for example in 20PG/80VG, 10PG/90VG, or 100% VG, you will get lots of vapor and these mixes perfectly mimic traditional cigarette smoke. On the other hand, it slightly changes the flavors, your success is limited, and you must be careful to use atomizers that do not clog and are capable of providing enough e-liquid for the resistance. It is also worth noting that it is heated at a high power (over 40 W) and can produce a chemical called acrolein: it occurs in traditional cigarette smoke and can be potentially toxic and carcinogenic.
- In the 50PG/50VG and 60PG/40VG bases, you will find a very good compromise. They preserve flavors well, with a satisfactory success and a generous vapor.
- 100% PG is a good choice for flavors and in combination with nicotine, the throat hit is well present, but your vapor volume remains low.
Depending on the bases you have chosen, the produced flavors and the vapor tightness. It is a matter of preferences, the amount of vapor you want, or even for health reasons (allergies).
Nicotine
For your nicotine dose, we recommend starting with the Bioconcept electronic cigarette nicotine concentrations: 0, 6, 11, and 16 mg/ml, and sometimes 3 mg/ml. To help you understand which nicotine dose you should use, here are the equivalents compared to traditional cigarettes at a rate suitable for your usual consumption to see the effectiveness of the product. You will mainly find 4 daily consumption levels:
- 0mg: no nicotine
- 6mg: more than 5 cigarettes per day
- 11mg: more than 10 cigarettes/day
- 16mg: more than 15 cigarettes per day
Be aware that the higher the nicotine dosage rate, the greater the success. Nicotine overdose: if you experience headaches, nausea, or vomiting, reduce your nicotine dose or switch to vegetable propylene glycol. If symptoms persist, stop consuming e-liquids immediately and consult your doctor. In case of subcutaneous contact, rinse immediately with water.
The Flavors
Regarding the flavors to choose, you will first look for a flavor that approaches tobacco, then the flavors will vary to find your “all-day” option. Today, 5 families of flavors are offered: classic, fruity, cocktails, floral, and gourmet. We will advise you on several favorite e-liquids, because your desires may vary throughout the day; for example, in the morning, you might enjoy certain flavors and others in the middle of the day, like eating: a coffee flavor in the morning, polar mint in the afternoon, and Angel in the evening, for example, from BioConcept’s street type.
So, you understand, there is no solution or miracle recipe to know which e-liquid to choose, you just need to try e-liquids kept away from light and at room temperature. Why? The taste of your liquids can deteriorate due to natural light.
